Dr. Musab Jassim
Chairman
Dr. Musab Jassim Mohd. Al Qassim, a UAE National, is the chairman of MJM Investments who has set up his companies to be a business venture with a diversified portfolio spanning infrastructure development, real estate, niche industries and emerging opportunities. He is a high net worth individual, who has a vision to remain a regional leader in the investment arena and participate in various economic and infrastructure development programs in the GCC and Middle Eastern countries. Dr. Musab comes from a well rooted family with over 40 years in the general trading and real estate arena. He graduated in medicine from King Faisal University in Dammam, Saudi Arabia in 2001. Post his graduation he joined his family business, as his entrepreneurial spirit took over the best of him. In 2004 he founded Alseef Investments where as CEO and Vice President, Dr. Musab turned around properties worth over 200 Million UAE Dirhams in first year of operation. In late 2006 he founded “Investments House LLC” as his own real estate and private equity investment arm and turned around assets in excess of 2 billion Dirhams in less than a year. Currently the total investments and non-current assets (primarily in real estate assets) held directly by him is valued at more than AED 1.7B. In 2017, Dr. Musab founded MJM Investments Limited, a global investment firm focusing on corporate finance offerings, private equity investments, fixed income assets, joint ventures and real estate acquisitions in the local and international markets. Dr. Musab holds 100% of the shares of the company.
Sheikh Adel Al Qassimi

Sheikh Adel Al Qassimi has an overall experience of 20 years in United Arab Emirates in the field of legal affairs. His areas of expertise are on all areas of law and is dedicated in civil, criminal and personal law besides the laws relating to property, banks, and trading companies. He is also capable of handling other administrative dealings like providing the clients with legal consultations and incorporation and renewal of companies either locally or overseas.
In addition to the Federal Supreme Courts in the UAE, he is trusted by the Government of Dubai to be a licensed Private Notary Public since 2014. practices law with focus on litigation and international commercial arbitration. He practices law in both Arabic and English.
He is licensed to practice advocacy and perform litigation before all courts at different degrees inside the United Arab Emirates. He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the faculty of Sharia, Al – Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Ras Al Khaimah in 1996 and joined Judicial work in 1996 and graduated from Judicial Institute at the Ministry of Justice in Abu Dhabi in 1998. He has a Masters Degree in Public Affairs Management (Public Law) Faculty of Legal Science, Economic and Social - Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco and is currently absolving a Ph.D. in Law at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. He is a member of the Judiciary since 1996
Edwin Lee Am

Edwin was a partner in an international boutique merchant bank for over 20 years. He managed the Dubai, Hong Kong and Shanghai office during this period. Edwin has extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating and managing emerging market transactions covering jurisdictions including Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia, India and China. He has previously been on the Board of Directors and been Chief Financial Officer for various private and publicly listed companies in North America and Asia, covering industries in hospitality, mining, biotech & pharmaceutical, infrastructure, information technology and real estate. These companies have been quoted on the markets in London, UK and Toronto. Edwin has also been an officer of an alternative investment fund. Prior to entering the corporate finance industry, Edwin held several financial positions including Senior Auditor with a big 3 business advisory firm for over four years. In this capacity, he supervised audits and due diligence work in a variety of industries. Edwin was educated at the University of Toronto and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants
Anindya Chattopadhyay
Chief Financial Officer
Anindya has over 17 years of experience in the financial sector with primary focus on transaction origination, structuring, financial due diligence (transaction advisory) and internal audit functions. Prior to joining MJM Investments, he worked with First Abu Dhabi Bank for 12 years, his last role being Executive Director in the Corporate Finance Department looking after Structured and Leveraged Finance transaction originations. He also has prior experience in the financial advisory sector having worked for KPMG and Ernst and Young in the UAE and India. He has originated and executed critical financing transactions (including structured finance, greenfield project finance, real estate developments and leveraged buyout deals) for corporate clients, by structuring long/medium term financing and revolver facilities, across diversified sectors i.e. Real Estate, Contracting, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, Education and Hospitality etc. He has also successfully spearheaded significant re-profiling/restructuring for private sector businesses/conglomerates to ensure business continuity; and has advised on both conventional and Sharia-compliant structures. Anindya is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune.
